The Problem

A comprehensive operations management platform for petrol station businesses, built to unify fuel inventory, sales, procurement, and staff access into a single real-time system, with full support for Russian, Turkmen, and English.

Challenge 1

Fuel inventory, sales, and payment tracking were managed manually with no real-time visibility.

Challenge 2

No role separation between admin, manager, and cashier staff, creating access-control risk.

Challenge 3

Stock movement (inward/outward) was tracked separately from sales, making reconciliation difficult.

Procurement requests and purchase orders had no structured workflow.
