Case study results, statistics, performance figures, and other project outcomes reflect the information available to us at the time of publication. Past results do not guarantee future results.
Forms and Project Inquiries
Submitting a contact form, project inquiry, or other form on the Site does not create a client relationship, contractual obligation, or guarantee that KeyTech will accept or undertake a project.
Any actual project engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, or other contract accepted by KeyTech and the client. That agreement may define scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality, warranties, support, maintenance, and other project-specific terms.
Services and Third-Party Dependencies
KeyTech may build websites, applications, software, integrations, digital experiences, and other technology solutions that depend on third-party services, APIs, hosting providers, plugins, libraries, platforms, browsers, operating systems, or other external technologies.
Unless expressly agreed in a separate project agreement, KeyTech does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or continued operation of third-party services, platforms, APIs, plugins, hosting providers, or other external dependencies.
No Warranty on Site Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate and current. However, the Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
